RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling the reception desk to ensure effective telephone communication
  • Sorting and distributing letters / documents
  • Administration of office premises and related services
  • Involvement in general secretarial functions

REQUIREMENTS
  • Age between 20-35
  • Should have G. C. E. A/ L or professional qualification
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Salary negotiable
  • Should be a Female candidate
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handling reception/Secretarial work & general admin responsibilities
  • Good customer care and PR skills
